Chrome Carbide, High Carbon Chrome Metal & Extra High Carbon Chrome Metal

High and extra high carbon chrome metal are manufactured by the aluminothermic reduction of chromium oxide.

Chromium carbide is produced using high purity raw materials and vacuum technology. Both products have their reaction mix carefully controlled to produce the required carbon level.

The products are used in the following applications:

• - Hardfacing
• - Thermal spraying
• - Hardmetal
