Zero Accidents is our Goal

As part of LSM's continued commitment and drive towards Zero Accidents the company held a behavioural safety training day for our workforce on Monday 13 August 2012.

The importance of operating safely and good housekeeping is the foundation of world class organisations and the behavioural safety day highlighted the contribution individuals can make to prevent accidents.

To achieve Zero Accidents we need the help and commitment of all our employees, and believe that by working as a team and insisting on the right behaviour through education and support, we can develop an interdependant culture that will keep everyone safe, both now and in the future.
